ZeroDrag Refund Policy

1. One-Time Purchases Are Final

All purchases of ZeroDrag are final and non-refundable. Once a purchase is completed, users receive full and immediate access to ZeroDrag. Because access is granted instantly and cannot be revoked, we do not offer refunds, except in cases of technical or payment errors.

2. Exceptions for Payment Errors

Refunds will only be issued in cases of technical or payment errors, including:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Failed or incorrect billing

To request a refund for a payment error, please contact our support team at vantageharbour@gmail.com with your transaction details. All requests will be reviewed, and any approved refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

3. No Other Refunds

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • User dissatisfaction
  • Change of mind
  • Incomplete understanding of the product

4. Responsibility

It is the user's responsibility to ensure their payment information is correct and that they have completed the purchase properly. ZeroDrag is not liable for user errors or failed transactions not caused by a technical issue on our end.
